A typical agenda includes the Pledge of Allegiance, approval of prior meeting minutes, treasurer's report, Recognition of outgoing officers, appointment of new officers, After Action review of previous events, class reports, planning of upcoming events, other new business.

Families of next year's Yuk's, Cows and Firsties will provide the food.
July Coffee & Conversation
The July parent Coffee & Conversation event is typically held during the halfway point of Cadet Basic Training. This informal/casual get-together is a wonderful way for experienced members/parents to offer support and to get to know our New Cadet parent members. Parents may share news from letters they may have received from their cadet, while other members may offer advice and insight as to what the New Cadets may be experiencing during CBT. March Back, A-Day and the upcoming academic year is also discussed. ** Also important in July - Army/Navy tickets go on sale! Each cadet attends the game with the Corp of Cadets. They do not need to purchase a ticket. There are four tickets available to each cadet family.

October Family Weekend Tailgate
at West Point
The WWPPA has hosted a tailgate party for over a decade for the Wisconsin Cadets during one of the fall football games. Typically, we reserve a block of football tickets (available for WWPPA members to purchase) and rent a tent on Daly field. Through generous donations, we provide food and drink to over 50 Wisconsin Cadets, roommates and close friends. Watch your email for information on attending this awesome event!
December Army Navy Game

The United States Military Academy and United States Naval Academy have announced Washington, DC as the host of the 2024 Army-Navy Football Game presented by USAA at Commanders Field on Saturday, December 14, 2024. The Washington Commanders and Events DC, the official convention and sports authority for the District of Columbia, will deliver a world-class experience for one of college football's most long-standing rivalries.

One of our most attended events of the year- our Boodle Packing Party is not to be missed! Every February, the WWPPA gathers together during the West Point "gloom" period, to stuff "Boodle" boxes (care packages) and then deliver them to West Point for cadet pick-up. Our members enjoy the afternoon; packing, socializing and eating lunch which is provided by the association. We have our February business meeting at this time as well.
